Twizel Area School is hosting the
2012
Grass Cart Challenge.
What does this mean?
35 schools from throughout the South Island
will be bringing up tp 40 Go Carts to Twizel
to race and be judged on design, speed and workmanship.
Contestants begin arriving at 3.00pm on Friday21st September.
Prepare to be woken at 8.00am on Saturday morning.
Events run through to 4.00pm.
Each school begins with the same model engine and brakes
and has to design and build a go cart around it.
