Yay! Holidays!
Read lots of books over the holidays.
All Room 7 children have some reading books
in their book bags for holiday reading.
It is so important to keep up with your reading in the holidays. Make reading an enjoyable habit.
It is also important to continue with learning Maths
in the holidays as well.
Make up fun counting games when you are travelling in a car,
or walking to the shops.
Count the cracks in the pavement.
Count the number of birds you see.
Guestimate how many steps it will take to reach the next letterbox.
Make games of learning.
Learning should be fun.
And, remember,
there is always your 'Homework Folder' to work through.
